Pima Cotton

Our Pima Cotton is grown in the USA and unlike others cottons in that it has longer staple fibres  – meaning it is both softer and more durable.

(Not as durable as Mercerised cotton)

It is light but also warm and great for people with sensitive skin, a perfect choice for most wearable items.

Our Pima Cotton is harvested by hand and machine spun into Lace,  4ply/fingering, DK or Aran weight.

Going forward we will offer all colorways in all 4 yarn weights.

Lace  – 800m per 100g /  2/16nm

4ply/Fingering weight-  400m per 100g /  4/16nm

DK – 200m per 100g / 4/8nm

Aran – 165m per 100g / 6/10nm

Pima cotton is machine washable however handwashing will preserve the softness and prevent pilling better over time, it can be steam blocked if needed.
