Pleiades wool free sock yarn is the ideal yarn for not only socks, but shawls accessories and garments too.  Due to the elastic content, this yarn holds it’s shape wonderfully and is great for items where you need that stretch – so waistbands, cuffs, crop tops and even swimwear!

We like it for hat brims so you can ensure the hat stays on your head in windy weather – you can then use a different yarn for the body of the hat! We have patterns for this in the patterns section of our website.

This yarn blooms with washing, meaning it softens, and fills in gaps, so it gets softer, and hides stitch imperfections.

These sock yarn sets contain a total of 120g of yarn split into a minimum 2x50g of main colour (2×160m) and 2x10g of contrast colour (2×30m) – for the perfect pair of socks!
